The Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Outreach Teams are part of the ABI Partnership Project, a community-based service continuum managed by Saskatchewan Health and funded by Saskatchewan Government Insurance (SGI).
Each Outreach Team consists of a variety of rehabilitation professionals experienced in the field of acquired brain injury. The Outreach Teams provide services through three broad geographic service areas and are located in Prince Albert (Sask North), Saskatoon (Sask Central), and Regina (Sask South). In addition to their host community, the Outreach Teams are responsible for providing services in the geographic areas that correspond to the former health regions as identified below:

Prince Albert Parkland, Kelsey Trail, Athabasca, Keewatin Yatthé, Mamawetan Churchill River
Sask Central serving the former health regions
Saskatoon, Heartland, Prairie North

For more information, please contact the team responsible for your (former) health region. The teams accept self-referrals as well as those from health facilities, physicians, any rehabilitation program or professional support services, schools or community agencies.
